Self-hosted · your files · your rules

A goal board that lives on your computer, not in someone's cloud.

IntrynSync is a living board for work and life goals that you download and run yourself — on a laptop, a home server, or on top of the Obsidian vault you already keep. Every card is a markdown file you own. AI agents help under rules you set, your day follows you by phone and Telegram, and nothing happens without your approval.

A card is a living goal, not just a task.

Each card keeps the goal, its next action, its due date, and a timestamped progress log — the goal's own memory — together in one markdown note. Edit it on the board, in Obsidian, or let an agent update it: all three write to the same file, live.

Your rules file governs everything

intrynsync.md is your constitution: who you are, how you work, quiet hours, how many suggestions agents may make, and the roster of assistants you allow. Every agent reads it before touching your board. Change the file, change the behavior.

Propose, don't impose

Autonomous agents create proposals — dashed cards with the agent's name and one-click accept or dismiss, even from Telegram.

Provenance on everything

Every agent action is signed. The progress log shows who did what, when, and why.

Build your own VA

Name an agent in settings, give it permissions and a schedule — it proposes a plan every morning, and installable skills teach it your workflows.

Four questions your board answers every day

What needs attention?

One board for work and life — overdue flags, stalled goals, today's focus.

Where does it live?

On your machine. Every card is a markdown note in your own vault.

Who can act on it?

Your AI agents — under your rules. They propose, you approve.

What gets remembered?

Every goal carries its own progress log. Memory you can read, in files you own.

Missed a day? The board reroutes — no guilt, no streak-shaming. It's navigation, not judgment.

Why self-hosted?

Because your goals — health, family, money, work — are the most personal data you have.

Private by architecture

Your goals never leave your machine. There is no IntrynSync database to breach.

Portable forever

Plain markdown files. If you stop using IntrynSync tomorrow, you keep everything.

Who it's for

People juggling work and life who want one trustworthy board; Obsidian users who want their vault to move; operators and tinkerers running their own AI agents who need those agents pointed at real goals — safely.

Download it, point it at a folder, and dump what's on your plate.

Free and self-hosted. Runs anywhere Node.js runs — setup takes about five minutes.
